Will this ever pass? What does this really mean?
Sounds like someone in the government got burned by an anonymous posting on some forum.
Would this affect anyone who does not live in NJ or have business with a NJ website?What if someone registers with bogus information, how can this be enforced?
*boggle*anyway..sorry...just seems rather odd to me
